Welcome

The Union County Employee Health & Wellness Center provides FREE high-quality health care for employees and family members on the Union County health plan. Sick visits are available for patients ages 6 months and older. Well visits are available for patients 2 years and older.

Retirees on the Union County health plan who are under age 65 can also access FREE services at the Employee Health & Wellness Center.
